EDUCATE, ENTERTAIN, AND INSPIRE

The Orchestra is 501(c)3 organization, dedicated to education and entertainment through music, and delivers orchestral and educational programming throughout the communities of Greater Rhode Island. We are dedicated to presenting the highest quality performances of great music in order to enhance the cultural vitality and quality of life of our community.

AN ORCHESTRA NEEDS MORE THAN JUST APPLAUSE

- it needs your continued financial support. The Orchestra requires external funding in order to deliver the full season of orchestral and educational programming which we offer throughout the community.

Only through the contributions of generous individuals, foundations, and corporate patrons can the orchestra continue to thrive. Your annual giving generates a significant portion of the orchestra's operating budget, allowing it to continue its growth towards excellence.

Your generous donations are vital to the continuance of concert and educational activities, and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Your donation represents an investment in your own community, and through your participation, you can help ensure the endurance of a quality tradition that everyone in the community can enjoy.

INDIVIDUAL GIVING

The Orchestra relies on individual donations to the Annual Fund to fulfill our mission to inspire, educate and entertain. Each gift supports the music you hear, the artistic quality you experience, and enriches the cultural landscape of Rhode Island.

Tickets sales only provide a portion of the revenue needed to support the orchestra; therefore, Annual Fund support is essential to ensure our long-term operation. By establishing a tradition of annual giving, you can have pride in knowing your gift has helped to secure The Orchestra’s position as a cultural institution and valued asset in the community.

PROGRAM BOOK ADVERTISING

Each year thousands of patrons enjoy performances by the Orchestra, and each of those patrons learns more about the orchestra, and our sponsors, through our annual concert program books.

Concert program books are used throughout the entire performing season (Summer and Holiday), and concerts locations are specifically chosen to allow the Orchestra to reach a geographically diverse area, covering most of Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.

Concert program books measure 8.5" high by 5.5" wide, and are printed on heavy-weight glossy stock. The outside and inside covers are full color, while the remainder of the program book is grayscale. Custom artwork design services are available if requested.

If you're interested in advertising space, or have any questions regarding the program book, please contact our Marketing & Public Relations team at [email protected]
